We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The Christmas decorations were lovely and added to the festive atmosphere. the complimentary drink and snack upon arrival were a nice touch. the location near popular attractions was convenient.

The noise level was unbearable due to the busy road nearby. the shower was barely functional and management was not helpful in addressing the issue.

The setting of the hotel is quite nice and the garden is well maintained. The bathroom in the room is clean and spacious. However, there is no variety in breakfast and guests are not provided with any fruit. The swimming pool is clean and refreshing to use after a long day. The staff is courteous and professional.

The cleaning of the rooms needs to improve as small bugs were found crawling around in the room.

The hotel has friendly staff and beautiful gardens which make for a quiet and peaceful stay. The breakfast was delicious and made with good quality ingredients. The location was also ideal, with easy access to key attractions.

Some aspects of our stay were not as pleasant. The room we were given had a bad smell and rusty window frames.
